Payments.
By making a Costa8.com reservation, you agree to pay the full accommodation rate indicated at the time of booking. Payments will be processed according to the payment methods available on our platform.

You understand that Costa8.com may retain a commission for the use of our services, which will be deducted from the total accommodation fee. The commission and any other applicable fees will be detailed in the reservation process before confirming the payment.

Cancellation Policies.

By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the cancellation policies established by the host. Cancellations and Refunds.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy and will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original reservation.

Cancellations by the Host.
In the rare event that a confirmed reservation is canceled by the host, Costa8.com will provide assistance in finding alternative accommodation and help you process a full refund.

Account Suspension.
Failure to comply with the payment and cancellation policies may result in the suspension of your account at Costa8.com. We recommend you review the detailed policies before making any reservation.

Costa8.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes and you will be able to review the updated policy on our platform.
