Welcome to Costa8.com. These Terms and Conditions establish the agreement between Costa8.com and you as a guest, and govern your participation in our community when searching for and booking accommodation.

Registration and Guest Profile

Al registrarse como invitado en Costa8.com. Usted acepta proporcionar información precisa y actualizada en su perfil y mantener la integridad de sus datos. Usted acepta que cualquier contenido que publique en su perfil debe ser veraz y representar con precisión su identidad.

Minimum Age

Guests must be of the legal age required by Costa Rican law to make a reservation and stay in the accommodation without the company of a responsible adult.

Search and Reservation of Accommodations.
When searching for and booking accommodation on Costa8.com. you agree to abide by the policies and regulations set forth by the hosts. You agree that any reservation you make is subject to availability and the cancellation policies established by the host.

Communication with Hosts.

You agree to communicate in a cordial and respectful manner with the hosts. You will clarify any doubts or concerns before making the reservation and provide accurate information about the number of guests who will stay in the accommodation.

Cancellations and Reservation Changes.
You agree to comply with the cancellation policies established by the hosts and Costa8.com. If you need to make changes to the dates or conditions of your reservation, you will do so as far in advance as possible and following the procedures indicated on the platform.

Responsibility and Behavior.
You agree to treat the property and the hosts with respect and care. You agree to follow the rules and regulations established by the hosts and to comply with local and state laws during your stay.

Comments and Opinions.
We appreciate your comments and opinions about the accommodations and the hosts. By leaving a review, you agree to provide accurate and fair information that reflects your actual experience during your stay.

Security and Privacy
You understand Costa8.com. takes measures to guarantee the safety of guests, but is not responsible for personal or material damage suffered during your stay in an accommodation. Be sure to follow the recommended security measures.

Legal compliance.
You agree to comply with all applicable state and local laws and regulations during your stay at the accommodation. This includes, among others, compliance with registration requirements and payment of taxes.

Suspension and Termination of Account.
Costa8.com. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account as a guest if these terms and conditions are breached, if repeated complaints are received from the hosts or for any other justified reason.

Changes to the Terms
Costa8.com. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes and you will be able to review the updated terms on our platform.
